Called and got put on hold several times which is fine. I was headed there anyways. So when I walked in and saw 5 employees just talking to each other behind the counter I got a little disappointed. Turned around and walked out after of course I let them know what happened.
Eric, I do apologize. This is Chase, the owner. It was a busy Monday morning. I walked upfront when this occurred, and was informed that you had walked out and seemed upset. That was when I walked out front into the parking lot myself, to your Chevy truck and asked if I could help you because I did not want you to feel that you were ignored. You expressed, "no thanks and you will take your business elsewhere". When I came back in, Martin had also said that he too went out to the parking lot to catch you and try to help you out. I'm not sure what more we could have done to show that we wanted to help you out!
I bought a car stereo for my Corvette and when I got my car back they installed a $99.00 cheap stereo and the radio they wrote up was a $270.00 and when I complained they told by Chad Moll who is the owner I have to pay to have the wrong stereo out and pay to reinstall the one I paid for.
I had an unfortunate situation with a car i purchased with a sound system. The sound system was installed poorly and was frying my fuses and creating problems in the vehicle. I had to get it all removed. I was told i needed to have it professionally installed and as soon as possible.
Your Subaru is a sweet ride BTW. The original wire job was horrid, so we were thrilled to fix everything and get the car sounding the way it deserves to sound. Enjoy!
Abe got me in and took care of my issues, got my truck rolling with tunes again. They stand behind their work

My vehicle is an Indian roadmaster, 2021 I first met these guys a few days before Bike week. I had a short in a wire harness going to a bag speaker, they fixed as soon as they could perfectly.
