Kelly was Awesome. Not only did he do what we agreed on he corrected the previous installers mistakes (which was a couple hours) the pricing was very competitive but his work was top tier. I have a show car and he is the perfect fit for great seamless work. Truly a great shop giving me ZERO reason to shop around ever again

I had gotten a used car and when you turned the lights on the radio went off? I called and set up a time and they got me right in with no wait. They fixed the wiring problem in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way jamming to tunes with my headlights on. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and wiring expertise.

Wow!!! Kelly at Level 10 was amazing. My aftermarket stereo was causing havoc with my AC functionality on an older Honda. Some stereo shops declined to even look at it. Kelly got me in same day, immediately diagnosed the problem and worked tirelessly to resolve my concern. He let me know it may take a couple of attempts. He made it so I could wait in the lobby while the exchange was done. It took three tries to get the right replacement system that resolved the AC malfunction caused by the aftermarket stereo that was old. Within minutes of install Kelly knew if the system ordered would function. After a few minutes in the lobby, he'd let me know the status and ordered the next one. There was no charge to try a system if it did not work. Each time was just a few minutes in his lobby. Then to top it all off when the third system resolved the issue, he at no charge added freon and the AC is blowing coder than ever. His pricing was incredibly fair, his service top notch, the passion and result were excellent. Could not be more pleased with the service from Level 10. They are competent professionals with incredible heart for the people they serve.

I came in for my Mazda 3 project, and the owner, Kelly, took amazing care of me. He hooked me up with a great deal on a set of JL Audio 5x7 speakers and gave me the exact equipment I needed. Unlike the corporate runaround you get at big chain stores, the customer service here is top-notch and personal. Their advice on sound staging and tweeter placement completely changed how I think about car audio—they helped me set everything up for a true concert-like experience instead of giving me a generic setup. Their installations are incredibly clean, and their expertise is obvious. They’ve earned a lifetime customer. Five stars all day!

Highly recommend Level 10 Audio in Mesa. I came in thinking I had blown my Kicker amp after running into an issue while working on my truck.
