Jose has really gone the extra mile for me in making my truck look better than I thought possible. Snows has all the little things that make a huge difference, not only in safety, but comfort in your vehicle. That is where many of us spend most of our time. Thanks Jose and Snows. I'll be back soon, after I save more moneyπ€£ Joey
Its a decent choice. Installers are amazing. They cater to higher end installs and products. Their shop rates in unison are higher than most but not the highest. It depends on your level of need. If you want a vehicle electronics concierge, they are a solid choice. If your handy that shop rate may scare you-but everybodys gotta eat. I'd shop around and stop at Snows last. They want to earn your business. Give them a shot.

I had my car windows tinted by them. They ruined everything. Tinting with bubbles, removing the plastic scratched it in many places and the car was new. Terrible work.
They were very helpful when I stopped by to look at truck parts.
So I gave them 3 stars in the past and now I'm downgrading it further. Had tires put on my truck and of course they put the wrong size on and now I'm stuck with them and dealing with them rubbing. Also had them install a subwoofer and it looks like an amateur installed it and paid for a diagnostic look at my amp steps and all they did was plug them in and say the motors are Toast. Left a message twice for a call back and nothing. I would go elsewhere even if you pay a little more. Not worth the time or money.
Rob, thank you for sharing your review with us, if there is anything we can do to ensure your next visit is a five-star experience, please say so in an email to cary@snowsauto.com, and include your contact information and availability.
Went for a remote start. Found out already had one installed! They were upfront about it and let me know. Very honest. Gave me my deposit back too!
The staff is awesome, especially the techs!
Wow, I wish I could review an actual product or service purchased or received at this business. Unfortunately due to their ridiculous and likely illegal regulations concerning their gift cards I wasn't even able to make it that far. I received a gift card for $200-$300 from an uncle a few years ago (the sleeve didn't have a value on it with the exact amount he'd loaded on the card) But as I recalled it was around that amount. I finally had an item in mind I wanted to purchase with the gift card, but I wanted to check the balance online first. The website listed on the card redirected to a different website, and the card information wouldn't process online. Strange. So I call Snow's auto and explain the situation and ask if they can check the balance over the phone. The associate at Snow's answers "No, not without the invoice number" I'm unsure what he means so I ask if he's referring to the receipt for the purchase of the gift card? He says, "Yes, that's what I mean" I respond, Well it was a gift? I didn't buy it for myself so I don't have the receipt. He states "that's our policy, you must have the receipt/proof of purchase for the gift card as well as the gift card in order for me to help you" I thought that was weird but okay. I tell him I'll just come in person to Snow's auto and purchase something and find out what the balance is and pay the difference if necessary. He then explains that "No, without the receipt/proof of purchase I'm not even allowed to use the gift card to purchase anything, our system uses the invoice number for gift card transactions, not the card number on the card" so without the receipt the card is worthless and all the money on it is lost. He says this would have been explained to my uncle when he purchased it. If my uncle was still alive I'd ask him if he recalled any such conversation, unfortunately that's not an option. Thanks Snow's, your gift card racket seems to work as you intended it to. Income without the exchange of goods. Pure profit. Bernie Madoff would be proud.
After hearing continual ads on the radio for Snows auto I checked out their ad online. I showed my husband a stereo, speakers and a backup camera for his Jeep. He went down there yesterday and the employee said they didn't have any Labor Day specials and didn't know what he was talking about.
