Brad did amazing and helped out with the entire process. From letting me know what options there were for financing to what is gonna be best for my car upgrades, to what next steps could be taken. Dropped off my car and had it back same day. This team got it done professionally and helped me feel like it was a breeze. I am definitely happy and satisfied with the sense of professionalism in the store and with the work to my car.

Came in with the intention to get new speakers for my car a few weeks ago. Paid $600 for install on some infinity reference speakers with the promise that these would be significant improvement over the stock speakers without having to upgrade my head unit (I liked the features it has and didn't want an amp yet.) the salesman still assured me they'd be a significant improvement. When I got there and they showed me how the new speakers sounded they were awful just static. They fixed this issue the installer put the wires backwards on one side, but they immediately fixed it which is why they get at least two stars. Quality satisfaction of what I was sold was a solid 1 star. I felt as they just tried to load off unwanted speakers on me with the promise of a good deal and good speakers.
