Been a customer for 8+ years and all my electrical work has been done by them on a variety of vehicles. Very transparent about parts that have been used and very fair prices.
came in so they could rerun my remote wire and they did some unprofessional dangerous work. cut corners and charged me 80$ for the service. (didn't tell me till after the fact thats how much it was going to be.) after a few weeks the sound stopped working and i went to a friend at a different place where they educated me on how wrong this place had done me and where the remote should've been installed. i feel this is a good business but cutting corners and taking advantage of clients is not good.

I had my sound system installed at this shop, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Four months after the installation, my amplifier began blowing fuses. I returned to the shop to ask if they could inspect their work, but I was told it would cost $35 to have it checked. To ensure the issue was resolved, I took my vehicle to another shop. They inspected the wiring for free and identified errors in the original installation, which they corrected. This experience left me feeling that this shop prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction or quality assurance. While I understand that businesses need to cover their costs, I believe a courtesy inspection in cases like this would have shown confidence in their workmanship and better customer service. Based on my experience, I would recommend seeking alternative shops that are more committed to standing behind their work.
