New to Nevada, retired military. I bought a 2nd hand 2012 Ford Escape XLT with blown speakers & broken antenna, to shuttle my 89 yo mother to her med appts. NV Auto was awesome in helping me get the speakers working & even replaced the antenna. Will go there for another stereo job. They are very helpful.

Efren at NV Car Audio knows his stuff. He recently installed an alarm system in my truck. With an experts attention to detail with the vehicle/his customer. He doesn't up sale you. I would tell you the owner is very knowledgeable about stereos and is very easygoing and it's a good atmosphere

I would highly recommend Efren. He was extremely knowledgeable installing an auto start on my son's 2006 Toyota Tundra, which needed the wires to be soldered...not plug n play. I was told he is the only guy in Reno that can do this and do it right. He was professional, fast, fair and just a great guy. Thanks again Efren we will be back I am sure.

I had an issue with unwanted bass in my car.....Efren took the time to come out to the car and listen. He explained how my car stereo was installed...and confidently told me that my speakers were fine that it was an amp that might need some repair. He didn't try and sell me anything because he was honest and open ...my car needed help from the dealer. That's the kind of refreshing honesty we need more of.

If I could give 10 stars, I would happily do that. I think it's rare to find someone who is honest when they can make hundreds of dollars off you...

You get what you pay for. Only thing I asked was that my amp not be installed under my seat. And bam under the seat. Smh. They left wires hanging around my gas pedal. Not Dangerous at all. Cigarette lighter not working when I left. Went back to ask for help, owner acted like I was accusing him of something put his hands in the air. I didn't do that..your on your own.. I tipped this man 75 on a 175 bill.
