Justin Sorry you had a bad experience with the product you were sold . We can warranty the Memphis speakers under manufacture defect if you like . I was not aware of any missing door panels tabs but we can absolutely correct that issue. Sony is a reputable manufacturer and I'm not sure what updates you have . That sounds like a different store that your boyfriend went to . There a lot of stores that sound like Nevada Auto Sound with in a few miles of us . We don't take $ 500.00 payment up front for labor. I was working the counter that day and I don't remember anyone asking about car shield . I would like to know who he talked to so we can clear up this situation.
