I REGRET COMING TO THIS PLACE! THE GUY DIDNT HOOK UP MY SPEAKERS RIGHT, WENT BACK AND HE REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM! I GOT MAD AND THEY CALLED THE COPS ON ME!

Went in a Sunday to inquire about install tape for a CarPlay system. The young lady trying to help me asked an older lady for information and she was very nasty towards ti young lady. I then ask the helpful lady about installation. She said the folks were busy and to come back the next day for a possible install or estimate. Came back the next day and ask the guy about installing my car play. He immediately said they can't. Then he said they can only install items purchased from their store. Wasted my time and this place just was not very professional at all in the end. What business turns away business?! By the comments it seems they are hit or miss.
