I was charged $150 for dash cam removal, but the store broke the rear camera and left the front window mount on the windshield. They only refunded $65, leaving me unable to reinstall the system. Now, my $900 dash cam is broken, and management refuses to issue a full refund for either the removal or replacement.
The employees are very friendly and they welcome you when you walk in and they are very knowledgeable and their products. I will recommend to anyone. Josh Abeyta, Dan Pacheco are very friendly and help full.
Amazing experience! We had an issue with an online dash cam purchase. The team at car toys helped us by seeing if it was a fixable issue. It wasn't fixable, so they walked us through picking out the perfect option to replace the old one and even how to operate the new one and set it all up! They heard my needs and concerns and addressed them adequately. I would suggest everyone use them for all car electronic needs and upgrades! Super team!
Got a remote car starter. Maybe it's common knowledge but I didn't realize I still needed to keep my old key fob on me in order to drive the car. The remote starter only starts it which is super dumb. I even paid more to get one with a trunk button but I would've have knowing that.
Ryan was extremely personable and funny, as well as explained each level of product and the differences. Bill was kind enough to stay late to finish my install and explain how to use it. We will definitely be returning customers.

Went and had alarm and remote start done, l let them know i came from outta town and they had job done very quickly. Pleasure to deal with, i will definitely be returning for all my future vehicle needs best service I've had in a long time
