I had remote start installed in my 2003 tahoe, they broke my door widow panel, my plastic steering column cover, they tried to super glue it and dripped super glue in my cruise control switch. And now I can't use cruise control. Owner said he would cover replacement and never did, I got tired of going over there and never replaced my parts! Stay away from this unprofessional
I do recall this vehicle from 3 almost 4 years ago. We apologizefor the experience all you have to do is come see us. one of the few instances from training an employee we have had. seen you once after and never got to resolve it.
