I wanted to get a no-frills bluetooth-enabled receiver for my dad's car so that he could use his phone hands-free. Rich was very knowledgeable and super helpful; he helped us select an appropriate system and got it installed quickly. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is fantastic!

Went to Raam Audio for a new aftermarket car alarm for my Kia… and Richie was absolutely amazing.. he was honest and very personable.. I would highly recommend using this local business for all your car alarm needs

I had remote start installed in my 2003 tahoe, they broke my door widow panel, my plastic steering column cover, they tried to super glue it and dripped super glue in my cruise control switch. And now I can't use cruise control. Owner said he would cover replacement and never did, I got tired of going over there and never replaced my parts! Stay away from this unprofessional

I do recall this vehicle from 3 almost 4 years ago. We apologizefor the experience all you have to do is come see us. one of the few instances from training an employee we have had. seen you once after and never got to resolve it.
