I had installed dash-cam on two separate vehicles (Mazda CX-30 and BMW 328 convertible) and hard wired. They were very professional and also suggested which hard wire kit to buy on Amazon.

My husband gifted me an auto start package here and they were great - fast install, easy scheduling. I was extremely impressed when, after about 10 months later, the screen of the digital starter cracked, they replaced it within the week with no hassle at all. They even called me to let me know I could come in and exchange it, I didn't have to bother anyone. In fact, they called me several times to get it done. I'm not used to that amount of initiative from a company making something right. Amazing service.

Super great staff. Had my two front windows tinted and done within 30 mins and looks perfect. Highly recommend! I have had many cars done here and always great.

I did NOT buy anything nor have anything installed. BUT I give this shop 5 stars because they treated me as if I did! So I walked in one Wednesday morning and 2 gentlemen welcomed me. I think one was Kevin Juarez because that's what it said in the business card he gave me. I have an old car I've had for 4 years and out of nowhere wanted a double din stereo for Apple CarPlay and the back up cam convenience but had a small budget. I didn't want to spend a fourth of the value of the car. Still, these 2 gentlemen enthusiastically engaged me in conversation with options that may not necessarily be purchased through them. They also gave sound advice on which brands to choose given equal price options because some had non-Japan components anymore. Beyond their product knowledge, they were so helpful and accommodating. Dang, if I had the budget, I want this shop,to work on my car!

I had Sonic Sound install a back-up camera for one my kids cars several years ago, they did an excellent job. I went into the store recently about upgrading the dash speakers on a new car. Kevin came out and made some adjustments and recommended that I keep the existing speakers - he said they didn't want to sell me something I really didn't need. I'm very impressed with Kevin & Sonic Sound.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and work I received! My Honda Civic's factory speakers had completely stopped working, so I came in for a replacement. The owner was incredibly helpful, really listened to my needs, and made sure everything was clear—from pricing to the details of the work and the estimated time to complete it. Plus, they spoke Spanish, which made communication even smoother! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of audio repairs or upgrades. Fantastic experience!
