Katzkin scheduled my leather seat installation with Car Spa sure fit so I drove over there and I walked in Car Spa was greeted by Dave and another gentleman, I felt welcome and Dave was friendly, caring and professional. He explained the difference types leather and how to take care of it, he even got me seat installed four days before the original installation date. I am very happy with Dave and Car Spa SURE FIT and I will keep in mind should i need anything else for truck. Thank you very much DAVE!

Seth and Sam were great. They installed a backup camera on my 22-year-old car. High quality installation. They didn't try to upsell me on a more expensive system. Work was done promptly. They were very responsive via email and calls and texts. They fixed an electrical problem that the car dealer could not, enabling me to use an FM Bluetooth transmitter and to listen to music from my phone. I highly recommend them. Just spoke with someone who was very rude, unprofessional... I would steer clear of this business if you want good customer service as well as service provided to your vehicle. BTW I'm speaking from experience because I have had service done by then, and now I need them to check it out, because the remote starter is not working correctly on my car. I was just hung up on. You've been warned, proceed at you own risk. I'm sure their is other businesses that can provide the same service with professionalism and GOOD service.

I recently acquired a 2023 Kia Soul LX and realized the need for a remote start system shortly after the purchase. I contacted the Kia dealership, They offered with two solution one was to trade in my new car for an EX trim upgrade, which would have been a significant financial burden. Since Kia didn't offer an OEM remote start kit for the 2023 EX Trim, they recommended the second solution that I visit Car Spa, Which is conveniently located within walking distance from my home. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and brought my car in for installation. To my delight, the installation was completed within just 4 hours. Initially, I had concerns about the functionality of my backup sensor and rear occupant alert. I promptly contacted the Car Spa office, and they advised me to swing by for an inspection. They found that the backup sensor was indeed operational, and a simple factory reset of the instrument cluster resolved the issue with the rear occupant alert. I'm extremely satisfied with the level of service and customer experience I received at Car Spa, and it's worth noting that the remote start system comes with a generous 3-year warranty.

I had a terrible experience with this "Car Spa" when I went to get my dashcam installed in my new car. The first installation they did in my Tucson was great, and I even left them a positive review. However, this time was a complete disappointment. I requested to have the front dashcam mounted in the center of the windshield. But after the installation was completed and I checked it, I realized that it was a terrible idea for two reasons. First, my dashcam was so big that it obstructed my view, which is a major safety concern while driving. Second, the shooting angle is smaller where it was mounted (below the black box behind the rearview mirror); I only see cars in front of me. My dashcam go as wide as 170 degrees. When I asked them to adjust it slightly to the right for a better angle, they refused, citing that I originally told them to mount it in the center. Their lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request left me frustrated. The lack of attention to detail was also evident when I noticed that the data cable was missing after the installation. I had to ask for it separately. Moreover, the extra adhesives that come with the dashcam were also missing from the box, and I had to request them as well. The installation process itself was far from professional. Unlike my previous experience where the dashcam (front & rear) was hardwired to my vehicle's fuse box in just 50 minutes, this time it took them a staggering 2 hours and a half to simply plug it into the 12V cigarette lighter socket. The excess wire hanging near the front dashcam was an eyesore, making my windshield view unpleasant. I had spent $350 on this service, expecting the same level of professionalism and care I received before. Unfortunately, I was met with a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. It seemed they were solely focused on making money and didn't care about the quality of their work. In the past, I was loyal to their business because of the previous good work done by their employees. However, it's evident that those skilled individuals are either no longer working there or have moved on to better places. The current staff lacks the expertise and dedication that once made me trust this place. If you're looking to install a dashcam that can be plugged into the 12V cigarette lighter socket, save yourself the trouble and watch some YouTube tutorials or follow the manufacturer's instructions. It's not worth spending a significant amount of money on this mediocre service. However, if you're considering hardwiring the dashcam to your vehicle's fuse box, I highly recommend going elsewhere for competent and satisfactory service. This "Car Spa" clearly doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction, and I've learned my lesson not to return to this place again.

Katzkin Leather Installer. Professional Installation done with care. Owner pointed out an issue with the rear seat back from the Katzkin factory. We're still waiting on a resolution. Comfortable waiting area. Very nice folks!

These folks installed my Katzkin leather seats (with heating and cooling) earlier this year. Everything was perfect. When a small issue arose a few months later with the heating and cooling not working quite right, they got me in immediately, figured out the issue (Katzkin sent the wrong fuses), fixed it the same day and even filled my tires with air because the pressure was low from the cold. Every interaction with them has been professional and I'm quite pleased. Highly recommend.
