Came in towards open. Audio Envy is fast and excellent problem solver. Located a place to wire in for power for my tracker/anti theft system installed on the R8. Explained what was being done and gave helpful info. Tucked all the wires neatly under the dash and had my car ready to go before the afternoon. Will likely be returning in the future.

Tim was helpful and patient throughout the entire process, beginning with my email requesting information. He took the time to explain my options and the reasoning behind his recommendation. In the current climate of electronic marvel, there is trying to match-up /install audio systems in cars. For the faint of heart, don't bother. If you have done it before, still don't. Use a professional installer. And on that note, seek out AE Automotive Design. The owner and lead tech, Tim is a true craftsman in the trade. I have a vintage BMW. It is wrought full of German wizardry. Tim was undaunted. He replaced the existing audio deck with the new one; installed it, tuned it and gave me an introduction to the new. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. I regard Tim and AE Automotive with my highest confidence; and you will too.

Working with Tim was a great experience from start to finish. He quickly responded to my initial inquiry, and we were able to schedule installation of front/rear dash cams on two vehicles. After arriving at our home, we discussed placement options, and Tim got to work. In a few hours he had both systems installed and everything looks and functions beautifully.
