Best shop in Virginia. I have been a customer since 2006. First, he fixed my old truck and the questionable install that was done by someone else in NY. Now he has done my new truck with tint, remote start, and automatic locks. Work truck and it didn't come factory with locks. I wouldn't dare use anyone else.
I went there to ask for a quote for the installation of the sound system in my van. At first, the guy spoke to me very quickly and in a very unfriendly manner. For this reason, I decided not to buy either the sound system or the technical service.

Scammers get quotes before you choose. I purchased an Alipine head unit for my car. I watched 3 videos on YouTube on installation bc I was thinking of installing it myself but thought it may be better to take it to a pro. On all 3 videos they said it was plug and play and everything came in the box for my exact car. When I came to safe and sound they started add all these wires and what not. I told them on the videos it was plug and play and the guy was like what the heck does plug and play mean? We have to order all these extras etc etc. I got it installed here but feeling a bit skeptical I called Alpine and they told me it was plug and play and that everything should have come in the box minus a couple things.

Except for the Alpine Jeep Wrangler radio packages, Alpine radios come universal, so they may be installed on any vehicle. Companies like, Metra, Maestro, and Scosche make interfaces to allow Alpine radios to work with speakers, amps, steering wheel controls, etc. These are the parts that were more than likely referenced in the conversation with our staff. For things like this, I typically wait awhile before I write a review. I got my competition sound system installed a little over a year ago and the setup is top notch. Donnie was my point of contact and things were done timely. About 5-6 months in, one of my speakers blew and I called about it because it was still in warranty and Donnie handled it very professionally and there were no run arounds. Within a few days, I had a replacement installed and have been slapping ever since with no other issues. I'm pleased with the system and service overall. I would recommend safe and sound for anyone in the market.
