The person who attends is very rude. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. He canceled the appointment because he felt like it after confirming by phone and message.
This person showed up at 1:40pm claiming that she had an appointment at 2:00pm to get an alarm installed but she didn't have any confirmed appointment with us, stil a offered for her to wait few minutes until I finished a basic radio install that I was doing and about to finish, then she said "so what was the point to make an appointment if she gotta wait?" showed her attitude, walked to her car and left. Now consider that as soon as she left, I finished the radio installation and it wasn't even the 2:00pm that she claimed it was her appointment. Where is the rudness in this situation?

Great customer service and great work. Jose installed an Android radio in my Mercedes, which are notoriously tricky. Not only was he able to install my radio in a relatively quick amount of time, he also checked in to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome days after service. Great pricing as well! Will definitely bring all my vehicles to him from now on!
Came In here with a half done sub and amp install and he came in and completely re-did all the wiring and everything to perfection! Definitely will recommend to anyone. He beat all the prices of other shops around him and was very honest, my Mercedes sounds like perfection now. If your looking for a place to get work done I 10 out of 10 recommend him! Also my subwoofer was burnt and he was honest about it and didn't try to put in a burnt one just to get me gone he let me know and recommended what I should do! Will definitely be bringing my other cars here. For a hole in the wall shop he did dealership level work!
Knowledgeable owner who after fast inspection was able to provide detailed information about issues of our vehicle. The whole experience was extremely pleasant as not only he guides you through all the steps, but also gives very good pricing. If you go, you will not regret it.
