Was a loyal customer. Will never spend another penny here. Ruined my amp, broke plastic on several cars, no compensation. Never stepping foot here and I'm okay with the bridges being burnt 🔥.
HI Robert, I tried to help you by trying to do warranty AT OUR COST on the plannet audio amp 3000.1 that u mentioned was 2 years old however upon checking the serial number it was over 7 years old. We appreciate your loyalty however honesty is also required along.

I had a back up camera installed, and Kings did a great job. Much better pricing that a national chain, too. I absolutely recommend!

Good service for a great price.
Went in to get a stereo put in and came out with a totally messed up car. My car was working fine when we arrived and when we went to pick it up to wouldn't start! They also made us buy a second stereo at their store because our first one "didn't work". They were able to get the other radio started and didn't need the one I purchased with them. They said I could return it but due to paying with it in a credit card, they told me I needed to come in on a day where the owner was there. Every time we call to see if the owner is there he is not and they never know when he is coming in. Needless to say, they now refused to give me my money back but had the audacity to ask if I wanted to get store credit! I had to end up paying almost $300 in repairs for my car. Horrible place, if possible stay away from here.
