Not customer. I went in twice just looking around the salesman was extremely nice, answered. All my questions was very pleased of the service that they offered me and I will definitely be back.
Went to multiple other places. Updated these guys what was going on and where we were stuck at and within 10 minutes had us worked in and getting the issue figured out. There are no strangers at this place. Definitely recommend for all your customized wants and needs. Appreciate you, guys.

Customer service, knowledge and great at going in behind horrible shops and correcting installs and definitely over the top at meeting the customer's wants and needs!! I love going to Performance Car Audio. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. And if you have to wait on anything they have a nice place in a corner away from the busy cash registers where you can catch up on emails in peace, away from the busy front area.
Dropped by to get my audio screen installed. Explained the history and was clear-cut on what my options were. I decided to proceed with the installation, and they knocked it out of the park. My radio looks amazing, and everything works as expected.
Overpriced, shady salesman, slow installation, and bad workmanship. I went into Performance Car Audio for a touchscreen radio. I purchased the touchscreen radio in the store and the salesman up sold me a connector to make sure my steering controls still worked on the radio. While my installation was near completion the technician who installed the radio let it slip that the radio I purchased included the connector already. At this point the salesman gave him a "shut up" look. This connector was over $100.
This is a competitor. We do not even sell Kenwood. A couple of things here, we don't sell Kenwood at all, and never have. We also can't find an invoice with the name Frank on it for the past few weeks. We would really like to get to the bottom of this. Again, the radio in the picture is a Kenwood. We absolutely do not sell Kenwood, and never have. If this is truly our job, I would appreciate it if you would help me understand it. IF this is truly our install can you post a picture of your invoice so we can at least know what happened and how you may have purchased a radio from us that we don't sell. I look forward to your response.
