I used MTC Pro Audio to install a dash cam in my Toyota Highlander that I bought from Amazon and I am very satisfied with results. Lessons learned in my search for an installer: quite a few places that install dash cameras will not install them if they are not purchased through them. I was pleased that MTC was willing to and that their price was reasonable. Second lesson learned was that prices for installs vary a lot. They quoted me a competitive price (not the lowest I was quoted but competitive) and I'm glad I went with them. They were fast, it works great, it's hardwired - I don't have unsightly wires hanging around, and I'm super happy with it.

I had a fantastic experience and I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Jerry. From the moment I walked in, Jerry was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He patiently listened to my needs and concerns, and then went above and beyond to help me find the right car audio solution. What really stood out was Jerry's honesty and integrity. Brought a couple of my vehicles here now and they always do a solid job at a fair price. Got a sub in the back of my SUV that's been kicking it for almost 4 years now at full blast plus equipment comes with warranty. Just ask for Jerry.

Haven't had this level of install since the 90s. Something I'd expect from a backyard homeboy just hooking up radios but not from an actual shop. Only thing that was done correctly was the amps being mounted. I have no left and right fader, volume is very low on one side and to loud on the other. Amp was not bridged correctly. Pos and negative speaker wires incorrect. There's a popping noise when radio comes on. Complete messed up. This was a basic install with 2 amplifiers and component set. I live around the corner and will never go back again. Positive reveries are either for window tinting or fabricated by family and friends. Now I have to pay another company to fix this mess. Completely unacceptable.
