Johnny was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. Between selecting the right speakers for my car, understanding the work that needed to be done, and updating me throughout the installation process, they made sure I was taken care of. My car audio is now top notch!
Jake helped me weigh my options and gave me ample time to make a decision. We listened to some music in the speaker room and of course I upsold myself because who doesn't want a great listening experience. I went with a 7 channel Audison amp, 6 Audision speakers and a JL 10in W1 subwoofer. Highly recommend Earmark, Audison, and Jake! Thanks again.

My low mileage pickup only needed an upgraded technology media unit as it has all the driving accessories I desire. Upon entering Earmark audio on Parker in Plano we were met with a warm smile from Chris. After explaining my needs, Chris determined the best unit and explained the features that I desired. The install was done flawless including the NEW front facing camera to assist with parking. Highly recommend Earmark to upgrade the technology in your vehicle.

Highly recommend Earmark - 5 Stars!!!! I went into the store not really knowing the solution I needed, or what I was looking for. I dealt with Jake, who was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He found the correct systems for me, and they were competitively priced. Jake spent a lot of time making sure I understood everything, and even ran a training session with me post installation.
