Came in for a smart start for the 2nd time. 1st one was a rocky meet and I guess we both had a rocky day. Today was completely different. Where smart start messed up and did what they usually do, he was very kind and helped me out. I will be back despite the fact it's a longer drive since I moved away.

This guy is a miracle worker I had taken my truck to a audio dealer who had completely screwed my truck over and me over they over charged me for work they did not do in the process they made it to were my head unit would not even play through the speakers I had to use my cell phone to Bluetooth to a device they installed that was for a motorcycle witch the speakers they installed were also for a motorcycle they cut all kinds of wires that did not need to cut it made weird sounds through the speakers they also cut in and out constantly made noises when i used the blinkers he had to find all there screw ups and completely replace everything they did he was very reasonable and respectful the whole process I would recommend him to anyone I know

Smart start let the location know I was coming in for an ignition interlock recalibration 90 minutes in advance. Upon arrival the balding angry old man was extremely rude, did not honor my set appointment. he asked me if this was really the closest location for me to get this serviced at. (Clearly did not want the business) I was patient, gave him the benefit of the doubt in hopes of at least getting the job done today. After waiting an hour, conveniently for him the power goes out so his smart start system is down so he cant service me and recommends the frisco location. I confront him on these points and about his rudeness before I leave and he proceeds to insult me on my way out, calling me an idiot.. Terrible costumer service and unfortunately cant even get the job done. I would never recommend this location. Huge waste of time.

The bald headed business owner is one angry dude whether its him taking his anger out on customers because he can't grow hair of his own or that his wife's sleeping with another man. I don't know how anyone could enjoy talking to this dude he is the most disrespectful and unhappy guy I have ever came across at a business. Take your money elsewhere don't spend it on this angry dude. I can only imagine it would be a pain having to deal with him for longer than 5 min. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME TRUST ME HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS WITH THE ATTITUDE HE HAS.
