The service at Empire is phenomenal !!!The people that work there are amazing ! They are so good at what they do and they are great at explaining what needs to be done and how they will do it. I have had several things done there and it took very little time to complete. I have recommended Empire to friends and they have been happy about work and service !!! Empire rocks !!!
I wish I could give 0 stars called them to install my own stereo and was quoted 800 dollars what clowns found a guy on fb did it for 100 these dudes are clowns empire audio definitely isn't music to my ears!

This is by far the worst place I've ever taken my car for tinting. The technician rushed through the removal, leaving scratches all over the back glass and damaging the rear defroster in the process. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they completely ignored me. It's clear there are no real professionals here—just trainees. The owner is dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business.
We bought a larger unit for our 2019 Sequoia directly from the manufacturer not realizing it was more complex to hook up than we thought. We brought it to Empire and they got it all installed for us! Fast service and they didn't leave my car junked out like a big brand name company did last time we got work done!! Thank you Empire!!
