It very helpful over the phone. They use to be a good place. They not trying to earn my business, just told me to come I. And talk to someone. At lease give me options and let's go from there. I'll be going somewhere else that wants and more helpful. Also they way over price due to being in a oilfield area.
Hello Nate, Thank you for the feedback. To clarify: On phone calls we typically provide general info and pricing. We then ask the caller to stop by our shop for a more in-depth consultation. ( Which is what I did on your call ). This allows us to show the client different equipment and options and for them to be able to choose the best products and services that fits their budget and meets their needs.
