I had such a great experience with this shop and will DEFINITELY be coming back! They installed a remote starter in my 1997 Honda Accord, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Russ and his employees were so incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They really went above and beyond to help me, even taking the time to address a few other things I needed help with on my car, including my speakers and exhaust pipe! I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience! It’s not every day you come across people who take pride in their work, and genuinely go out of their way to help someone. Their prices are also extremely reasonable, which makes the experience even better! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for great work and even better customer service!

CKD installed my remote start in my car and did a fabulous job! A few years later, I needed it checked out and they made it good as new! Chris was a great technician and was super helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend CKD for any audio/remote start/etc. needs.

Russ, his son, and Chris at CKD Audio did an outstanding job from start to finish! Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail really set them apart. You can tell these guys take pride in their work and genuinely care about making sure their customers are satisfied. They built me a custom ported 10 inch subwoofer box for my setup and ran all new wiring to make sure everything was done correctly, cleanly, and professionally. The quality of their craftsmanship is top-notch, and they took the time to make sure every detail was right. The finished product exceeded my expectations! It’s hard to find people who put this much time, effort, and pride into what they do. Russ, his son, and Chris went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had installed an aftermarket radio system and ran into problems. These guys were more than helpful and interested in resolving my issue. This is rather impressive as some places don't want to deal with these kinds of issues. The price was more than fair but more importantly they seemed to give the same amount of attention as if it were their own problem. These are the kind of people you want to work with.

Great audio shop highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of these services. The owner and his team do great and clean installations. Not only that but they make you feel like you’re right at home. I wasn’t sure about the setup that was installed in my f150 at first but I was later reassured by the whole team that it would be a perfect setup for my truck! And it’s very true i am thoroughly impressed with it, it plays great and i got more out of it then i first expected. I will 100% return for future work. 10 out 10 rating for these guys! Thanks.

Best-kept secret in Pittsburgh. I've got a 2005 Mercedes S-Class — 62k miles, beautiful car, but the tech was two decades behind. A lot of shops don't want to touch a car like this. CKD didn't blink. The install is as challenging as they come, and the end result is 10/10 on all counts: it looks like Mercedes did it themselves, and it works flawlessly. Wireless CarPlay, Google Maps, SiriusXM — everything I actually use, finally in the dash. The factory Bose system already sounded great. The new head unit took it to another level entirely. What really sets these guys apart is how much they clearly care about the craft. That kind of pride is hard to find. Pricing is fair — given the results, it's a crazy bargain. If your car deserves better than it's got, this is where you take it.

Fantastic customer service! Quick and clean install! Had my full system sub, amp, and 4 channel with a dsp installed by them wont let anyone else touch my car. Thank you guys so much for all the great work keep it up!!!!! Im sending everyone to you
