Door speaker on my Kia started to sound fuzzy. Called Conor who said they could fit me in this afternoon. I got in and Doug confirmed the problem and had a replacement speaker in stock. He completed the repair, then showed me the problem with the speaker and how it possibly happened. Both were upbeat, courteous, and professional

Jon and Rodger very quickly removed our TVs from the wall, including the mounts. They both were extremely careful and explained exactly what they were doing. I'll be seeing them in a few months to have my TVs put up at my new home.
