I gotta start off by saying, If you need any stereo or any customization to your vehicle motorcycle, whatever it can be DES is top tier! I would not take any of my cars or motorcycles any place else but DES! They are definitely the best in Wilmington. Good people. They always look out for their customers. If I could give them 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars. Thank you guys for always looking out. I certainly appreciate it , looking forward to doing business again in the near future!!

Cannot recommend DES enough! They did a great job installing an upgraded head unit in my vehicle and even tracked down and fixed an issue with my rear speaker at the same time. When I later ran into some minor technical hiccups with the head unit, they were very easy to work with. If you need honest, reliable service, they're definitely worth checking out.

Great service and even better customer service! I called to see if they could add a remote start to my car and they walked me through my options and made sure the system would be compatible. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and polite. As a woman, it can be hard to find places where you feel respected and not taken advantage of when it comes to cars and DES made me feel informed and comfortable. Highly recommend!
