I went to Discount Audio and Diego helped me out with installing my Skar Audio system. He was very professional, friendly and really knew what he was talking about and doing. I will recommend him to anyone.
I needed my radio change out of my Mercedes and after reading the reviews of the numerous places available in Charlotte, I used Discount Car Audio because of the reoccurring reviews of excellent work done by some guy name Diego. Happy to report, he came as advertised. Diego is Very talented, personable, honest, and a real professional.
Diego took his time to explain all options available to me. Two days later, I was having issues (due to operator error, me being the operator). Diego was so kind and patient as he walked me through how to adjust this incredibly complex device, lol. I appreciate his customer service and I highly recommend Discount Car Audio.
He was super nice at the shop. Help me diagnose my DIY radio issues without having to spend money and didn't upsell me on anything. But also made me aware of any and all options for my car stereo. He took time out of his day for a free diagnostic. Couldn't be more happy.

Called around all the other car installation shops in Charlotte and this place was the cheapest ! Spoke with Diego and he was able to get me in the same day QUICK and his prices were very reasonable.. very professional guy and i would definitely recommend coming here if you want a nice radio installed without breaking your pockets ! Excelente servicio
We went here yesterday to get an Apple Play Navigation system fitted in my 16 year old son's 2015 Nissan Altima. We had actually bought the system off Amazon and thought we would be able to fit it ourselves but once we received it and saw the millions of wires and how complicated it would be, we realized that we needed a professional to fit it. We found that here with Diego, he is wonderful to work with, pleasant, helpful, honest and reasonably priced.
Needed an entire car audio system updated, got speakers and a touchscreen radio, went really smooth and sounds great! They will not to try sale you anything you do not need, very knowledgeable people and trustworthy!
