I am very disappointed in Ameer and this company. My first impression was Ameer was a real nice, honest guy. He could not do my Expedition in 5-6 hours like he said he could. He had to keep it overnight. I went to go pay and there was another customer who need more immediate help. I waited for Ameer to get done. It was dark when I left VIP and went home. The next morning, I went to go look at my stereo and Ameer had broken the entire dashboard. The stereo does not sit right. I tried to reach him but no answer and it has been closed since. I finally got hold of him today and he denied breaking it. I understand accidents happen, that is not why I am writing this review. I am writing this review because he was not honest. I will attach photos here as well. Do not walk away- run! Shame on your Ameer!! The one star is a generous gift.
There was a lot more to the install then was originally seen because of the poor condition the car was in. The vehicle was missing front speakers and the oem radio was damaged looking like somebody was messing with it before. I informed you of this and it took longer to do the job than was originally planned, but I didn't charge you extra for the additional work because you added a reverse camera. Also on the phone you said that the crack was there before.

If you look on Google we are temporarily closed. The owner had surgery and had to recover. We are reopening on August 3rd. If you want to try calling then to reschedule or come in we'll get you taken care of.

I took my vehicle a couple places to see if they could help me with a bad alarm/stereo install that was causing a lot of issues. My sound was also terrible. Hands down these guys were the most comparatively knowledgeable, efficient, and KIND people! They figured out all the problems, replaced my alarm, stereo system, and the price was more than reasonable. They fixed so many things and my stereo sounds awesome too. I'm so glad I looked them up and I'd definitely recommend them over any other alarm/car audio in town! It also meant a lot that Ameer is such a genuinely kind, honest, no bs person. A pleasurable experience all around.

No a homeless guy lit a fire in the back I've been remodeling and repairing the building. We should be reopening pretty soon.
