When I called about installing a subwoofer I asked about making an appointment. They said just come on down and they'd fit me in, which was great. The staff was very helpful by explaining options for a subwoofer and were very knowledgeable. They installed the subwoofer very quickly, I didn't have a very long wait. I highly recommend them. The subwoofer sounds fantastic. I have to figure how to tighten my rear view mirror, because it shakes now because of the deep bass sounds.
