Went to revolution audio to have the touch screen in my car replaced. They got me in that day despite a busy schedule, did an amazing job, kept my car clean, and charged a great price. All of the workers were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go here again if I ever need similar work.

I was hoping that it would be an overall good experience with this shop, but ultimately I was very disappointed. First, the owner told me that Crutchfield hardware was inadequate with the hopes that I would buy additional merchandise off him. Second, before and repeatedly after the install, I brought up that Subaru's Starlink has issues with sound system installs. Indeed that was true, and the owner never indicated the team did any research on how to solve despite repeated requests. I told him, due to my hearing, the sound is coming from the right. We sit down for 20 minutes to do an adjustment, and he ends up returning it to exactly what it was before. But most of all, definitely most significantly, an email of issues was not responded at all, and two phone calls were not answered for over 48 hours. So this is a business that will respond to you if they feel like it, you can't rely on them to respond professionally. So I will be forced to take my post-install issues to another store at a great additional cost.

Brought a problematic system after no call backs from numerous installer Car Effect and independents and it seems like most flake out unless the job is going to be worth it. Revolution Audio is an Audio tex Fischer which the system was previously installed by a dealer in Nashville TN. The install was done well but the programming and tuning is beyond complex...

This place does phenomenal work I've had them do five different services for me three of them being window tint. very pleased with all their services and all their help the prices are very reasonable. Very trustworthy and helpful. I am reallly Looking forward to many more upgrades and modifications in the near future

I purchased an Audiotech Fischer system from another deer with full install and it was not cheap but to say the setup left me underwhelmed. I searched from Car Effex to other installers and no one seemed capable on the scope of tuning as most were less then interested in dealing with something they didnt sell...
