This shop is fantastic. Vincent, the owner, was very quick to answer quotes and answered all my questions without making me feel judged. He also offered suggestions and recomendations without upselling or making me feel pressured. And his prices are very fair and reasonable. He installed my dashcam, physically walked me to my car to ensure my satisfaction and even guided me through the functions (keep in mind this was not a dashcam that he sold). The service is amazing, the care and attention to detail is very apparent, and Vincent's regard for customer satisfaction and communication far exceeded my expectations. After my dashcam, my wife went for her remote starter and I have another appointment at the end of the month for some other modifications.
I had a great experience with On the Spot. They were informative, great service and the best price. I would use them again without hesitation.
I couldn't have been happier with OTS. I was looking for a specific dashcam for my son before he went back to school and OTS was the only dealer/installer for that particular camera and they were 2 hours away. Vince communicated the status of the product delivery and provided me the tracking number so I could plan the install accordingly. Installation was fast and the quality was amazing. Vince took the time to help set up the camera app and show how to use it even though he was extremely busy. I highly recommend OTS and plan to use them again.
I'd give less stars if it were possible. Vincent overbooked himself, lied about the installation procedure. He said "can't do your car today (saturday) because it'll take all day, it's not a T harness like it thought". I knew that wasn't the truth but i would have rather a pro do it. So i booked a later date. When i called to firm up the appt, he tried again to get me to come in saturday. Despite his previous excuse of needing my car all day to install. Said he'd call right back. "stay by the phone". An hour and half later i called him, no answer. He called back and i was on the phone with a client. I returned his call FIVE times and no answer. I sent a message via text has we have communicated that way prior. State, I'm Nick, i have this car, we had a appt monday and you were trying to set up saturday. Let me know whats up. No answers. The following day, he sent me a single word message replying to mine, "Nick". I replied and asked "whats up". No further messages from him. As a courtesy, because i'm a professional person, i sent another message telling him i wouldn't be coming in on monday with my car. Today, christmas day, I installed my own remote starter using a T harness kit. Go elsewhere.
MERRY XMAS NICK, I keep a record of all text, phone calls and write notes in a composition book with me where ever I go, because the best Brain is pen & paper because it never forgets. You had a appointment setup with me on the 23 of December for Install, we did speak on Saturday 12/21/24 in the morning, but i stated that i was fully booked out and had over 18 cars for remote start and if I can get you in I will call back in which I did at 12:06pm and got your voicemail, then i did send a text as well in order to let you know I would not be able to get you in because was just to much between remote starts & window tint as well as other jobs me & my guys did 35 cars on 12/21/24. you responded to my text on 12/21/24 at 2:29pm, at which I called back again at 4:10pm. Which again got your voicemail. Thru out the whole ordeal i go above & beyond for customers and I try my best to accomodate as best as I can, But you were adamant, that you work alot and have no time off and that your next day off was the 23 of December. I also clearly stated on your 2010 Ford Focus key start that it would be a 2 1/2 to 3 hour job, due to having to do install behind glove box and you felt that was to long for you to wait since you were coming from Bensalem PA. Please keep in mind that since Dec 7, 2024, I have answered all your text and updated you on whole process and what is involved, I scheduled you in on 23rd and Just cause I was not able to do On Saturday the 21st the weekend before Xmas and had no space, I wish you would have understanding, that 100 or more people tried to get in on the 21st, i just cant do that many vehicle being Human. . Thank you, Merry Xmas & Happy New Year. P.S If you did show up for your appointment on the 23rd, remote start would of been Done, and could avoided this 1star review.
I can't say enough about ON THE SPOT CAR AUDIO & WINDOW... Vince is the owner, and technical advisor on the best solution for your vehicle. I had new head unit installed my Toyota Tacoma... I was so happy with the product and the service that I went back and had new head unit and backup camera installed on my son's BMW for his birthday present. they have more parts and supplies than any audio tech store around. The shop is a one stop shop you don't need to go anywhere else, and you can wait for your car To be completed not like other places dropped off and pick up six hours later. i've seen many customers have tint on an electric start great Christmas idea for anyone...
