Brandon is great! Able to fix some work that was subpar done elsewhere and create a great system for my truck. Listened to what I wanted and made it happen. He is the only person that will be touching my vehicles sound system from now on. Would highly recommend!!

What can I say - I love the remote start and heated seats. And it's not only for COLD weather! As a dog owner, having the ability to keep the air conditioning going while I make a quick trip into a store on a hot summer day is piece of mind. If I'm my way back from a hike and need to pop in to grab a couple groceries, I don't have to make a special trip.... I can keep the car cool for the dog while I run in. So helpful! On a snowy day, I can start my car from my office (I have the long distance remote) and by the time I make it to the car, the defrost is well on its way. Part of my heated seat wasn't working, and Brandon was able to replace it.... Works better than before! He is the best around!

We are very pleased with the sound MD. The remote start we had installed didn't work in our vehicle due to a manufacturer issue. I was a bit worried that we just wasted our money but Brandon was willing to give us a full refund, even though he had spent about 5 hours installing it. We opted to disable the remote start but keep the keyless entry & he still refunded quite a bit of our money without us even asking! Now THAT'S what I call customer service! He was very professional, reasonably priced, & we felt he went above & beyond to keep us happy customers...& we are! Thanks Sound MD!
