Their customer service went far above and beyond anything I thought you could get anymore. I took my vehicle for a remote starter, and he took special care to make sure handicap accessible equipment was functioning correctly and safely for me as well.

Absolutely the worst place to purchase a stereo at,booked an appt ,2 weeks out was soonest could get me in,ok,no problem, pic out a stereo, was given zero facts about it,told them what I wanted,said they would need to order parts in for my car,ok. Now I get a call from them,day before appointment saying they could not get kit to fit my car in, no options for anything else,just tough luck you'll need to reschedule, I had already waited 2 weeks, I check on line and the kit is readily available, can have it next day, I call their competitor,Garrett's across town and they have kit and wiring in stock,I go and buy it there,take it to Good Vibrations, they use it ,put in my stereo, don't give me any sorry,we'll try harder, nothing! To top it off,put new unit in and don't even tell me how to turn it on,link my phone,navigation, anything!! This was my last purchase there! I'll go to Jarrets from now on!
Effective 2 November 2023 we made a policy change that limited installation of certain products of lesser quality. CCA wire, Chinese no-name, and off-brand products were included in this change. This decision was made to maintain our quality of work, uphold our lifetime installation warranty, and protect our customers from products with known issues. Unfortunately your son's product fell under this category, and as a result your quote included new products to replace those that we no longer install. David is the best dude. Alpine was lacking with QC and I received a bad sub. I wasn't very happy that Alpine was taking their sweet time getting back to GV for replacing their bad product. David and his team successfully conveyed my discontent and got me my sub sooner rather than later. Check them out.
