Rude and not helpful
Waste of time ! Spend your money somewhere else. I needed the correct amp for my car and for it to be installed correctly and they couldn't even do that. Horrible service because there's one employee there that "knows it all" and it's hard communicating with someone when they fail to take accountability. To make a long story short, after the third ordered part, after telling me the second one was it , they gave up on my car and didn't finish the job. When someone has to mention "it's not their fault" 9 out of 10 times , it's definitely THEIR FAULT. A refund was made because the job didn't get done . And that's the ONLY reason why I gave them 1 star.
The guys who work here were fantastic. I brought them my 2024 Chevy Silverado crew cab. They sold me a Kicker L7 dual 12 box. They installed everything for me. They hid all wires. It sounds amazing. This is the third truck I've brought to them and they do great. Every time will continue to use Music Express in Hammond for all of my automotive sound needs!
