It was a little expensive. I found the same radio on amazon for 30$ cheaper

Do not shop at their place!!! I ordered a dash/ back up camera in October. Had it installed and it was defective. They removed to have it exchanged, it finally after almost 4 months they called me to come in for the replacement camera. The installer broke the camera during installation and then wanted me to buy a more expensive camera. I told him I was done after waiting all this time. I wanted my money back. They returned the camera cost but not the labor after he broke it himself. I left with no camera and and no money. Do not give this business your money. I will let as many people can. Or to buy here.

Worst place for audio ever, owner is to busy texting on her phone. Went to buy material for my audio system and I'm told they don't sell wire or RCA's

The business here is awsome they have respect for all the customers. They have helped me with all of my audio problems on my truck and their installation times are very short overall great store.

Purchased a DS18 Radio and had it installed 3/11/22. Radio had issues with losing sound and cutting off and was told that I have to contact DS18 warranty and pay to send it back myself. Even though they are a dealer and warranty charges 20 percent deduction if not in original box and you have to do without a radio to see what they want to do just bought another DS18 from Amazon no problem from this one would not recommend S&M because they don't warranty the items you purchase from them with in 5 months of purchase.
