5 stars! I called and asked about a mono subwoofer JL amp, staff said they have plenty in stock. I arrived 20 minutes later to the store. I bought my amp and all the items I needed to install myself. Paid and out the door in 10 mins! Got home installed everything. Drove the wife around looking at xmas lights for over an hour. The amplifier's performance was excellent! First time customer at Sound Innovations, all the staff were friendly. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Great customer service. Was helped out as soon as I walked in by the owner. Was just looking for a sub for my truck and he gave some advice based on what amp/box I already had. Will return in the future when I decide to upgrade my system.

Highly professional, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, fair and transparent pricing, these guys run a tight ship and Lawrence is lucky to have such experts in our midst. I went in for a blown speaker, but had no idea that a few simple upgrades could have such an amazing impact on sound quality. Wishing I had visited them years ago and will certainly keep coming back.
