it was very easy to schedule my car and very easy to talk about GPS locator and kill switch that I wanted into my car. The price was reasonable and fair. Most mechanics are a rip off. This place was nice to find. I'll go here for anything that I need that they can do.
Seriously underrated. I visited 2 other shops in town, and CarTunes no doubt took the crown for where I wanted to do business. They took the time to answer all my questions and I never once felt rushed or that a particular product was being pushed just so they could earn an extra buck. They try to match your needs with the appropriate product - other places came across as prescriptive and lacking in tailored service.

Khaki, the owner is a good dude and has quality merchandise. He has put stereo's in all five of my cars. He just recently put a rearview camera in 2011 BMW X5 that's just as good as the one in my corvette.

Went in to just get some answers on a few things and the gentleman working answered them with no hesitation wasn't pushy at all. Love the customer service he gave and left with a whole system!

I brought a radio in to have installed. After they disassembled the dashboard CarTunes called me and said the radio I brought in was broken and that a bracket on the factory radio was broken. Neither of those things were broken when I brought the car in. The end result is I ended up baying $400 more for the install. I reached out to them and asked for an adjustment and got no reply. Will never use again. Poor customer service.
They put the LEDs on my 31 Ford coupe very clean installation works as it should fair price very timely and very professionally.
