They've changed the name of the business to the Radio Shop. Very busy place but always manages to help you with your needs. The lady that works there behind the desk, I'd like to adopt as my daughter. 8^)

I recently had factory cruise control installed on my 22 maverick xl at this location. Very satisfied with the product, installation, and the cleanliness of my maverick when work was completed. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and the job was done at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone looking for aftermarket upgrades to their vehicle.

Less then a star. Installed an audio car play system in my daughters car earlier in the year. It recently stopped working. Scheduled an appoitment to bring the car in with no mention of cost. Of course, wanted to charge us $100 for an assessment. What a waste of time!!! Will not go back!
This customer brought a low-end stereo, back-up camera and other install parts that they said they'd purchased off the Internet into Precision over a year ago and had it installed. Your invoice clearly stated that there was a 30-Day warranty on the install labor. The car was brought in over a year later with the complaint being that the stereo was no longer working. In an attempt to hopefully give the customer a bit of a heads up of what might be expected after $100 diagnoses, a quick parking lot evaluation was done as a courtesy. The customer was told that the most likely cause of the stereo no longer working was that there was an internal issue with the stereo. The customer was told that it certainly could be something else, but it was recommended that they be prepared to replace the stereo prior to doing the diagnoses. All this was done in an attempt to avoid the customer being unhappy if the results of the diagnostics showed that the stereo was bad and needed replaced. The customer didn't like this answer and for some reason thought they were entitled to a free evaluation. They then proceeded to threated that if a free evaluation wasn't done then they were going to write a bad internet reiew. We tried to explain that all we were trying to do was avoid a situation where they were unhappy with us due to the results of the evaluation, but it seems they didn't understand our attempts at communicating this to them.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. And the service I needed was completed very quickly.
