I called to make an appointment to get remote start reprogrammed. I was told next available appointment was the following Wednesday, I said that's fine what time? He provided me with the hours of operation. I have my car taken there Wednesday only to be told next available appointments for the following Monday they are booked. I adv of previous conversation he doesn't apologize but only says oh there must have been some miscommunication do want an appointment or not for the next date. I then say well are you going to apologize because you are the owner and the one I spoke with. He then says O just said must have been some miscommunication. Also my nephew who I had take my car there for me says when he was waiting to be assisted the owner seemed rude and bothered as he did not ask how he could assist or even greet him
I apologize for the unpleasant experience you experienced. I am aware that I provided you with our store's hours and days, but I did not have you scheduled on Wednesday for a time to come in. having a problem with my stereo and the guy came out and found out the problem and fixed it for free

They messed up my window tinting it's bubbled
Sorry Charles if you're having any trouble with your tint. I wasn't aware of any problems, but if there is a problem you have a one -year warranty and we will be glad to help you.
There website says they do service repairs and went there and they don't. This place is faults advertising! And they just posted that there site has been down for years but when you look them up it pops up and in the picture I posted says services offered it says repair service offered!
Sorry we could not help you with your repair need. We haven't offered repair service for over 30-years and our website has been down for a long time.

I recently had Bruce and his staff replace my stock stereo in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler with a new Kenwood. They did a fantastic job. You would never know it didn't come stock in the jeep. All of my steering wheel controls work and it's like nothing ever changed. Except the quality of the sound and now I get ALL of the SeriousXM stations. I highly recommend Bruce and his team for all your Auto Audio needs.
