Awesome products and service. Took in my 2003 Sequoia for an aftermarket refit. Amazing updated touch screen unit. I was informed perfectly and given several options. Install took less than two hours. My 21 year old SUV is styling. Thanks Team Universal!

I was very impressed with Sam's communication, made me feel like I was important. I am happy with the system he installed so far no problems. When I had questions he was happy 2 help and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. Prices were all across the board (about) the same, I was more concerned I found someone who knew what they were doing that cared.
