I give them 5 stars because of their customer service, knowledge, understanding, and the ability to change something to make me happy. The upgrade was very necessary and wasn't an over sell, I didn't like the flashing lights and they fixed it, they have me a time of 3 hours and it was done way less than 3, and the prices was high but my car is extremely warm and the range is amazing. The price was worth my entire experience. I've already referred 2 people to get their remote starter and I've only had mines for two weeks now. Murphy is my salesperson.

They were very helpful explaining everything and made sure we understood prior to leaving.
