Dick's Stereo

Had them fix my speakers which were cutting in and out. They only ended up fixing one speaker and didn’t touch the other. So i left with one fixed speaker after asking them to repair both.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for a place you can genuinely trust with your car audio, PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to Dick’s Stereo. ASK FOR JOHN!! I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience here. This was hands down some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever received, and I don’t say that lightly. Before finding Dick’s Stereo, I had called multiple other shops trying to figure out what was wrong with my subwoofers. I was being quoted upwards of $100 JUST for someone to look at them, without even knowing what the actual problem was. Then I called Dick’s Stereo and spoke with John. He immediately told me to bring my car in, explained that they take care of their customers, and offered to check everything out at absolutely no charge. Not only did he figure out that I had a blown subwoofer, but he also caught a blown speaker that I didn’t even know about! And here’s what really stood out to me: he didn’t try to upsell me. He was completely transparent about what was wrong, gave me an absolutely INSANE deal on new subs, and even got me a THREE-YEAR WARRANTY! I had mentioned that I was going out of town and was hoping to get everything taken care of before my trip. John went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate me. He arranged a same-day installation, and they got everything done so quickly that I was able to come in on my lunch break and leave with my new subs installed! But what impressed me most wasn’t even the pricing or how quickly they got everything done. It was the honesty. As a single woman living in Boise, finding a shop where I feel comfortable, respected, and confident that I’m not being taken advantage of means EVERYTHING to me. It’s intimidating walking into places when you don’t know much about what needs fixing, and unfortunately, not every business has your best interests at heart. John genuinely made me feel like he cared more about helping me than making a sale. He knew my other speaker was blown, but instead of pressuring me into spending more money, he respected that I only came in for the subs. THAT is how you earn a lifelong customer. And you better believe when I’m ready to replace that speaker, I will be coming straight back here. No shopping around, no second-guessing. I walked in stressed about my car audio and left feeling genuinely blessed to have found such an amazing business. John, THANK YOU for your kindness, honesty, generosity, and exceptional customer service. You have no idea how much I appreciated this experience. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. These guys really know their stuff and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The installation is incredibly clean, professional, and looks like it could have come straight from the factory. They finished the job on time, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. Excellent retailer

I checked around before choosing Dick’s to upgrade my stock stereo system in my Jeep Wrangler. After reading the reviews, I felt Dick’s was the right choice. Casey did a great job of listening to my desires and budget and set me up with exactly what I was looking for. I love the new sound and would not look around for another shop in the Boise area. Showed up needing a hookup for my sub. The manager came out and took time to give me a piece for FREE and hooked it up and tuned all free of cost. Definitely going back to upgrade my system in the future!
