I can't say enough good things about my experience with Aspen Sound in Boise. I brought them a fairly involved head-unit installation with customer-supplied parts, and they were completely willing to work with me rather than insisting that I purchase everything through them. That alone made a huge difference. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were also straightforward and honest throughout the installation. There was some minor scratching/damage that was discovered during the install, and they immediately pointed it out to me rather than trying to hide it. It was clearly a manufacturer/part issue and not something they caused, and I really appreciated them being upfront about it. They also gave me back all of the spare parts and components that weren't needed, which I appreciated. Most importantly, the installation turned out great. Everything works exactly as it should, the fit and finish look excellent, and I'm extremely happy with the result. The price was fair, especially considering the amount of work involved, and I felt like I got a very good deal. I had originally planned to do the installation myself, but when I ran out of time and confidence, I'm really glad I handed it over to Aspen Sound. They knocked it out of the park. I'd absolutely use them again and would have no hesitation recommending the Boise Aspen Sound to anyone looking for a professional car audio installation.

I’ve owed them a review for a long time. They’ve taken care of mine and my brothers trucks. From 10 inch screen, to subs (started with 1 and they did my upgrade to 2). They did the remote start in my diesel and it works perfect. They did the dash cams in both trucks and all initial issues they were on top of fixing. They just did a radar in my truck. Everything is good priced, the installers do a fantastic job and the team will take care of you in every single way! I can’t say enough about them. My stereo shop for life!

Great advice and no pressure atmosphere. They walked me through my options and gave me time to research their suggestions and ask questions. Ended up starting out slowly with upgrades but was pleasantly surprised how much of a difference it made. Install scheduling was easy and vehicle was returned clean and without any evidence of work. They even provided the original speakers and box for new ones when picked it up. Plan to return for further upgrades.

I had a super awesome experience with Austin at Aspen sound. I’ve been having some car stereo problems and they were able to diagnose it and update my system and help me get back within about 15 minutes so very thankful. I will definitely be going back there.

Huge shoutout to the team at Aspen Sound in Meridian! Brent helped me out on the sales side and was incredibly polite and professional, setting me up with a awesome new interface for my Toyota Camry. Jake took care of the installation, putting in the new interface and front speakers in just 2.5 hours. The work was flawless and done in pristine condition. Jake also manages the location, and you can tell this team is a tight-knit crew that has been doing this a long time. They are true professionals who know their stuff. Highly recommend!
