Took my truck for a parasitic drain after I had amp/ sub put in. They charged me $200 to tell me I had a parasitic drain and to try the dealer. The parasitic test takes 5 minutes and I had already done this and needed a fix not a bill for something I already knew.

For context. When you brought in your 2009 tundra and explained the problem and advised us of who did the initial install we told you that the audio system was probably not the issue. We also advised that to check the vehicle would require 1-1.5hrs to check everything and determine what was causing your issue. We determined that you had a bad BCM that was causing the draw. The BCM needed to be handled by the dealership so we advised you to follow up with them to get that resolved. It’s unfortunate that you asked us to find the issue and we do but you are not happy with the answer. Have a great day

They held a price for me while I took care of some things. The install went smoothly and they had my truck in and out in less than half a day.. You can’t even tell the box is under the seat until you turn the volume up and MMatts M2000 amplifier brings 2 10” mini jugs to life and makes the mirrors rattle. Can’t wait to add another amp and replace my component speakers with more MMatts gear. Thanks again y’all
