I needed radio service. They were able to take me as a walk-in. They were quick, offered many service options, and I left happy.

Have to say my dealing with the one product I had purchased from this location has been plagued with issues ( in my opinion not stores fault). If I was to leave a review for the product alone it would be less than favorable. HERES THE BIG BUT The owner is absolutely fantastic. Above and beyond customer service in every area.
Quality box. Not great with communication. Called several times. Never got a call back or update on order for over a month. But final outcome was good
The young man that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my issue with a multimeter and sent me on my way with a new wire.
This is an older install from 2021. I finally got around to fixing these guys atrocious work. I pulled my radio out the dash and a whole bunch of wires was skined and grounding out to the dash case.
Fantastic customer service, always fair in their pricing, Willing to help with information when necessary without cost usually. They are definitely quality!
