They installed a new radio and a subwoofer in my Mercedes. The install time took twice as long as originally anticipated and they did not adjust my bill to reflect that on top of staying late after being SHORT STAFFED all day and got it done for me. They were very transparent with what the issues they encountered were and were very patient with me and my car. 10/10 do recommend

I purchased a stereo online and took it to Outlaws to have it installed. After installation, it was discovered that the stereo was a cheap brand and was causing static. Outlaws Stereo offered to remove the faulty stereo and replace it with one of their own at no additional cost. Their customer service was exceptional and they were willing to assist with troubleshooting. Thank you!!
