Called the shop for some help with my buddies build and Lee went above and beyond with quality information. Very informative and knowledgeable in the industry. When I compare this experience to others in the central area I realized it'd be silly to go somewhere else. Next level is where it's at.

I called NEXT LEVEL after an air freshener leaked in my car and ruined my radio bezel. I expected a repair to cost over $1,000, but Lee was honest, helpful, and saved me a a lot of money. Instead of pushing an expensive repair, he researched the issue, followed up quickly, and told me I could order the part myself and install it on my own. He also said if I had issues installing it myself, I could bring it in and they would install for me. Good communication, honest advice, and great customer service — even before I became a customer. Owner Lee had me waiting a month for my part. Once the part came in up charged me then 2 hours later told me he didn’t have the right tools then found tool and a hour and a half later he couldn’t perform the service because it was his first time! Wasted my time with this company
