Summary
AI Generated from Google reviewsThe business receives overwhelmingly positive reviews. Customers frequently praise owner Chris, whom some have used for 20 to 30 years, and say prices are well below other local shops. Reviewers highlight clean speaker, amp and custom box installs, often finished the same day. Some negative reviews mention a rude front desk employee, and one older review describes a very long wait and messy work, though a 2026 reviewer found phone service patient and upfront about timelines.

Haven’t got the work done yet but to all the negative reviews about rude customer service. I talked the lady over the phone. Very patient with me. Answered all my questions and took the time to get clarification on questions I was asking about without hesitation and who ever she asked stopped what they were doing to make sure all my questions were answered. Gave a timeline that some people might get mad about if they where not told but was honest and upfront about it. Pricing is very reasonable. I was quoted 2 1/2 times as much by a competitor so I will be giving them my business, and updating the review once it’s finished.

I was referred to Lucas and he was great help! Very respectful and quick. I’ll definitely come back. He installed my IGLA system!

Great customer service! Booked an appt days in advance due to their high volume. Small shop but provide a great service! Did my speakers, amp, wiring and hi/low. Quality of work is 10/10...system is thumping! I get why they've been in the industry for so long. Their rates are very affordable! Will be bringing my wife's car here as well.

Great store if you are going to buy a stereo for your American car. Very knowledgeable staff who told us what they recommended for your particular car. Extra praise to the older gentleman who was in the store and talked to us about Europe and Norway that he had visited. Very nice place.

I drove my friend, Fem what I hear, it is the best stereo shop in Central Florida. I will know more in 7 gays. Can’t wait to hear this live, installed in my friend’s Murano. Update: From what I was told, the car sounds fantastic and the work looks as it was ready for competition. My friend lost his battle with cancer. I am glad I was there to see him be happy talking about the new system in his car. RIP Jason Thank you Auto Sound Factory
