They are not only are amazing at getting the stereo installed and fixing them, but they also educate you along the way on exactly what's going on. I appreciate that very much. I called and spoke with Lex about an ongoing issue with my Camaro door panel rattling when my speaker base drops. He was so kind and suggested I bring my vehicle in for him to take a look at it. I just want to say thank you LEX at Chambers & Miss Store. I needed a new FOB for my Viper and you all had it. Yes I could have paid less on line but what is awesome is the customer service I received from Lex. He was very Kind and set me up. Anymore even a decent level of customer service does not exist. By far the best service I have ever received I've brought multiple vehicles to Lex brought in my own equipment and he and his installers got it done and on my other vehicles he made sure I had the best equipment Lex even made sure I had the right box for my solo barics because he knew the box i ordered from Amazon wasn't gonna last believe me when I say Lex will make sure your good to go

Went in because my system kept going in and out. They said they would call once they figured out the problem and let me know how much it would be. I called couple hours in and they told me it was a loose wire and that it was fixed with no charge. Honest legit business.
