This place is the best! Brought my stereo in to get fixed and they figured it out right away. They even helped me charge my battery to prevent the problem moving forward. Love this place!

Not sure of the name of guy I dealt with over the phone… But I called looking for a set of Audiofrog speakers, at a good price, to be shipped to me ASAP. Guy went out of his way to ship them to me (When they normally don't do this), And got them shipped out same day. Very happy with the service and the price from Mr. Sound!

I recently called Mr. Sound for a quote, and I was impressed by his professionalism. He stuck to the quoted price, which I found fair and reasonable. The installation of my alarm system was excellent, and he demonstrated a deep knowledge of the products. He took the time to walk me through my options and answered all my questions clearly. I'll definitely be returning for any future needs!

Would not hesitate to recommend working with Mr. Sound - From the consultation to the final product every step of the way was clearly communicated and done with expert care...

I had a sound system, remote start, and alarm installed and the customer service is the best I've ever received. Incredible attention to detail with all the wiring. He made sure I understood the whole system before I left.

Very fair and true and expert at work
