Sounds Good To Me

Dave is a stand up guy. He worked with me on an install that was fairly complicated in my 22 GMC 2500. We learned a few things together. He understood what I was after and listened to my concerns and did his best with Matt the installer to make it right. I appreciate how Dave and the team worked with me. I'd go here again for sure and I'm a very picky person with specific tastes and high standards. Thanks for your professionalism and the clean work.

5 star all the way for this company not only did Dave and Mark take care of me they went above and beyond to give me a ride to the airport while my truck was getting a new sound system but also picked me up and on Thanksgiving and brought me back to get my truck. Their service character and attitude taking care of customers is par none. Best customer service I've ever received!!!!

Amazing group of people!! Just bought a new JL sub for my Tacoma and these guys jumped into helping me out, not just in store but even called and the gentleman on the phone was straight to the point and right on. Best stereo shop I know of. Been coming here for probably 8 years now. The owner and his associates are professional, and experienced. I believe they've been in business for 30 years or more. Same people here. Matt the installer who I always use is great. He takes good care of every vehicle I've had in here etc. From my experience they have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I had an excellent experience with the crew here. Had a head unit and backup camera installed, and they finished in less than 4 hours. I believe they'll even give you a ride home if they plan to take a while. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, absolutely zero pressure to purchase anything. I am very happy with my system, and their service.

I am giving Sounds good to me 4 stars. I brought my 2020 Honda Civic to the for a JL system and install. If I were to actually just rate the system itself and the the clean install I would give them 6/5 stars. It's beyond amazing. I am doing 4 stars since there were some hiccups but to the stores credit they did take care of it and were nice people. I would recommend going here for your car audio needs.
